Application For College Transfer 2023-24
  • All Fields are marked with the * are mandatory to fill
  • Candidates must ensure that they have correctly filled the application form. After submission of online application form, request for change of entries, will not be accepted. Incorrectly filled application forms are liable to be rejected.
  • The name of the candidate entered in the application form, must be the same as given in the mark sheet of the qualifying examination . Any discrepancies in the name should be authenticated by the competent authority.
  • If Student from institute other than those who are affiliated to RGPV are applying(including academically Autonomous institutes of RGPV) than they have to submit certificate from the Director/Registrar/Controller of Examination for Separate theory Marks in Qualifying Examination.
  • Candidates studying in other state can also apply for transfer provided that they have been admitted in that state through JEE examination. Such candidates will be required to deposit following additional documents:
  • (i) NOC of the DTE or university of that state of the effect that the State/University has no objection, if the candidate is transferred to state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • (ii) Certificate from DTE or university of that state of this effect that he/she has been admitted in that state through JEE examination.

  • In case your current payment transaction is showing the status as “failed transaction” and the amount gets deducted from your account. Please re-submit your Application and make another payment.
