  • Candidates must ensure that they have correctly filled the application form. After submission of online application form, request for change of entries, will not be accepted. Incorrectly filled application forms are liable to be rejected.
  • The name of the candidate entered in the application form, must be the same as given in the mark sheet of the qualifying examination . Any discrepancies in the name should be authenticated by the competent authority.
  • During filling online application form If amount is deducted from your account and transaction gets failed then please do the transaction again for the same. However, Deducted amount will be refunded back into respective bank account as per the refund policy.

  • The (AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF) will be available only after the due approval from AICTE
  • Those candidates who have already applied vide Advertisement No. RGPV/Exam/Ph.D/Ent.Test/2024/1011 dated 31.01.2024 for Ph.D program need not to apply again.
  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE AWARD OF FELLOWSHIP: -
  • The detailed criteria for the award of RGPV Doctoral Fellowship (RDF/RIKSDF) are as follows:
  • Candidates for admission to the Ph.D. programme shall have a relevant Master's degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a University, a deemed University or any other University incorporated under a law and recognized by University Grants Commission of India (UGC).
  • A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ Differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of UGC from time to time, or for those who had obtained their relevant Master's degree prior to 19th September, 1991. The eligibility marks of 55% (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and the relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without including the grace marks.
  • A candidate who has not completed Master s Degree, is permitted to appear in the entrance test for the Ph.D. programme. However, such candidates shall be required to submit a certificate of passing the Master s Degree along with the marks/grades obtained at the time of interview for admission into Ph.D. programme.

  • Last Date of Application form: 10 Jan, 2025
  • Release of Admit Card: from 16 Jan, 2025
  • Ph.D. Entrance Examination (Offline) Date: 20 & 21 Jan, 2025
  • Interview of Qualified Candidates: 27 & 28 Jan, 2025
  • Declaration of the Result of selected candidates for the admission in the Doctoral Program: 30 Jan, 2025
  • Data Verification for Admission in the Doctoral Program: 03 to 07 Feb, 2025
  • Commencement of the Session: 10 Feb, 2025
