Student Registration Process
Please follow the following steps to register yourself

Open RGPV web site by typing in Address bar of web browser.
Web site of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya will be displayed.


On Home page three Links are available to register a Student
• Student Life ->Student Registration
• Student Registration
• Register Online


After Clicking on any one Link Student Registration Page will open
Two Options are Available on the page
• Admission Year
• Choose Your Details

Old Student:
If you are a Old Student then you will Select Your Admission Year, Enter Enrollment
No. and Click on Search Button for Registration

New Student:
If you are a New Student then Select Your Admission Year, Course, Institutions,
Branch and Click on Search Button for Registration


List of Students will be displayed according to Course, Institution and Branch.
Check your Enrollment No., Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender, and Date of Birth and Select your Information by clicking on option button.

Student Registration Page will be displayed.

Fill your Details, Mandatory Fields are Address.

Mobile No.:
Email Address : Enter your permanent address detail for home delivery of your smart card.
Mobile No. : You will receive Information by SMS.
Email : you will receive Information by Emails.
You will get your User Name (That will be your Enrollment No.) and you can set your


Select your Payment Mode (Online Payment) and Click on Go Button.
As you click on Go Button Terms & Condition will be displayed. Select I accept the
terms and conditions option and Click on Go for Online Payment.

As you Click on Go for Online Payment Button, PAYMENT GATEWAY Page will display.

Fill Payment Related Information and click on Submit Button. Another page will open

Click to Conform & Go for Payment

As you click On Pay Button Registration Amount Fee(Rs. 120/-) + Smart Card Fees + Service Tax and Annual Subscription Amount Fees(Rs. 100/-) + Subscription Service Tax will deduct from your account.

Student will receive Registration Conformation Information by SMS and Mails.

You can Print Registration Conformation Receipt.
Registration Process will be completed here.



If student want to take the advantage of other Services (Fill Registration Form, UserID & Password, Annual Subscription, Fill Enrollment Form, Fill Online Examination Form, view Time Table, view Syllabus and Result etc.) then Student has to take Annual Subscription. To take Annual Subscription Student will enter in his/her Account by Entering User ID and Password and Click on Login Button.
These Services can be extended in future.

After login, Annual Subscription Page will be displayed.

We will perform the same Online Payment process which we had seen in Student Registration and Pay Subscription Fee Rs. 100+ Service Tax for 12 months and Get the Annual Subscription.

Student will receive Annual Subscription Conformation Information by SMS and Mails.
After Paying Annual Subscription Fee, You can Print Subscription Conformation Receipt.
