Candidates are informed that Counseling against available dropout seats in OBC Category admission in M E / M. Tech courses in CTA/CSE at RGPV, Bhopal is fixed on 29 October 2010. Short listed candidates as per following list are required to report at 10:30 A.M. at concerning department of RGPV with a Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- payable in favor of Registrar R.G.P.V., Bhopal (M.P.) along with following documents in original (to establish your eligibility) and two sets of photocopy of the same.

1. Mark-sheet of High School/ Higher Secondary.

2. B.E./B.Tech./AMIE/MCA Mark sheet of following Semesters. (VII Semester & VIII Semester) for four year degree course/(IX Semester & X Semester) for five year degree course/ Mark sheets part A & Part B for AMIE candidate/ MCA (I to VI semester) (all mark sheets of the required qualifying exam) (In Case of Non GATE candidates Mark sheets of all semester are required)

3. Valid Gate Score Card/ Valid GPAT Score Card (If Applicable)

4. Transfer Certificate.

5. Migration Certificate.

6. SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate of Madhya Pradesh.

7. Four(4) Passport size Photographs.

It is also to informed that if selected, you shall have to deposit Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- as part payment against the course fee and the original documents latest by 05.30 pm,29/10/10.

1. No TA/DA is admissible & Candidates have to make their own arrangement for stay.

2. All other information regarding availability of courses, eligibility requirements and course fee details are available at RGPV web site. Students are requested to check their eligibility and other related information to decide their priority for course and institutions before coming for counseling. Admission to the course will be on the basis of merit, eligibility and availability of seats.

3. In case, The information submitted by you , if certificates & documents are found false at any stage, your admission shall be treated as cancelled automatically, without prior intimation and you shall be liable for prosecution.

4. Short listed candidates are called for Counseling for admission in M E / M. Tech courses at RGPV, Bhopal and in any way whatsoever do not guarantee the admission of the candidate.
